I think watching game film would give :ref2: some much needed constructive critisism. As it is now the only feedback they get is from each other, which is like the blind leading the blind, or some screaming fan. I think this would be an extremely useful tool. A good ref, who is geniually concerned about improvement and not just being seen, should already being doing this anyway. Alot of the games are on TV. :ref1:
