Glad it's not serious! The first time my oldest tore his ACL was in South Laurel's gym playing against Adair County. He went for a reverse lay up and the low post pushed him while he was mid=air. Not a hard foul, just enough to get him off balance. His landing wasn't hard at all, just "awkward". It can happen so easy.
