Owsley's enrollment is down from what it was back in the '80s and '90s. I think it's 9-12 enrollment is now under 200. So they've got approximately 100 boys to mold a team from. Small schools are going to go through bad cycles in basketball and good ones. From what I hear the future looks like an "up" cycle, with good youth programs in the elementary and middle grades.
