We all know that coaches and players watch films to see where they make their mistakes, as well as what opponents like to do!! It is a huge part of preparing yourself for upcoming games!!!
After talking to a coach today that was doind that very thing, it got me wondering if refs ever watch replays of their performances to see areas that they need to work on, whether it be getting in better positions or what ever!
Anyone think this is a good idea or not???
Or do refs just assume that they can't improve? Or don't need to!
