They've (CNN) been reporting that but the only way he could be guilty, is first it has to be verified that no agency has reported the number of private phones covered under the new plan as being up from 30% under the old plan to the present level of nearly 100%.

However, it is a concern because of the spontaneous reactions of both Rubio, who mentioned to Cruz that that information was classified, and a tweet by Becca Glover Watkins who works on the Senate Intelligence Committee as Director of Communications which said; "Cruz shouldn't have said that."

All in all, not good.
