How the state championships played out this year.

The whole premise of a reciprocal agreement is that in turn for you getting other schools student for free they in turn get some of yours for free. This works in a place like Whitley county where both kids from corbin city and Williamsburg city come to Whitley and vise versa because even though you live in one district the school from the other district may be closer. This isn't always the case and if a school is losing all its kids to the other they can end it to get there kids back, or should I say state funding back. It's all about the money and as long as you are giving as much as you are receiving everybody is happy.
It's just sometimes parents take advantage of this with there little Johnny footballs.
As was the case with Knox County wanting to end there's with Corbin even though kids going to Corbin, a top academic school in the state, would of had to change to Lynn Camp in Knox County, which is one of the worst.
Thanks I was just wondering if it was a problem anywhere else , kind of a double edge sword can't blame greenup for being upset for loosing a lot of kids but at the same time you kind of wonder why they are leaving. I heard crazy number like they have 2000 kids going out of district
