Providing that you have your kids in the right system that suits their talent--
1. There is NO substitute for preparation. A lot of the teams that win the big one every year no only have great talent--but their coaching staff outworks everyone. More film breakdowns, more keys, tendencies, etc.
2. Proper game planning (which works hand and hand with the above statements).
It doesn't have to be more complicated than that.
