Call Kimberlain's IT in Pikeville. They can probably fix it for you in a morning or afternoon if you are willing to hang around Pikeville for a couple hours. They are very reasonable too. Nobody is going to be able to coach you on how to fix BSOD. It could be any number of issues. Good luck.
