I forgot Sen. Joe Manchin. Manchin has supported most of Obama's legislative agenda but managed to keep enough distance from him to remain popular in his home state. I could see Manchin moving to the right and becoming a potential conservative (for a Democrat) presidential candidate if a Republican wins the White House in 2016. Manchin is also probably the most likely Democrat to switch parties if Republicans also maintain control of both the House and Senate. I would never support a political opportunist like Manchin, but seeing him speak on TV does not make my skin crawl and stomach churn like watching Obama and Hillary does.
