Let me start by saying that I in NO WAY AGREE WITH OR CONDONE WHAT THE TEACHER DID!!!!

I have a daughter...in fact, I have 3 of them with the oldest being in high school. I would NEVER want any of them to have a personal relationship with any teacher at any age! And, the teacher should have never acted upon any flirtations or advances that was made by the girls or in which he made upon the girls himself!

However, I would like to say that I hold a lot of blame for girls, and boys for that matter, being too sexually active at such an early age on the parents. It appalls me when parents of 7th grade girls are letting their daughter date sophmore boys in high school..and it happens everyday!!! Over 40% of all incoming freshmans have already had intercourse or been in sexual situations upon entering high school. We are talking about 13/14 year old children!!!

By the time that they become seniors at the age of 17/18, they have been sexually active for 4 years. This is ridiculous!

Who knows all the details of this particular situation...it was wrong no matter what it was...but I can and have seen 17 year old girls hitting on 25-30 year old men and actually be the aggressive ones about it.
