For Perry Central, the red came from MC Napier, the black from Dilce Combs. Gold was incorporated for the first few years but it was mostly abandoned by the early 2000's, not sure why it was part of the scheme. Commodores is homage to the namesake of Hazard & Perry County, Oliver Hazard Perry.

the gold come from Hazard. they was hoping Hazard would move down there with them.
