Derrick "Big Show" Silas - Played here 4 years, was one of nine players who started out with the first year team and finished with them. Was an assistant coach this past year.

John Kreager - Pikeville's defensive coordinator and assistant head coach the last 3 seasons, also the strength and conditioning coach. Was strength and conditioning coach at UNC a couple years. Has ALOT of coaching experience, coached Antwan Marsh and all the Anson County, NC players that play here, coached them in high school, coached at East Tennessee State. Nice resume.

Chris McNamee (sp) Former Pikeville High School head coach and now Pike Central head coach, alot of years experience in coaching.

Also "HEARD", don't quote me on this cause I'm for sure about this one, but "HEARD" that EKY high school legend Hillard Howard has also applied for the job, and everyone knows his coaching history. Don't hold me to this one though, just a rumor as of now.
