Lawrence County might be the biggest county in the state with only one high school.
I'm sure if I'm wrong, somebody will correct me.

But LC looses a lot of kids to other schools in the area. I would argue if LC had 90-95% of the kids that live in their county that actually went to LC, they would be a 5A school.
