Moonshine always gave me a headache. The last time I was gifted some I regifted it to a friend.

As with anything there's good, bad, and ugly....and to achieve good or even great it takes more time and work. Have someone explain to you the metaphor of the head, body, and tail. And what goes back thru the still to produce the different qualities and grades. I'm not that guy to explain it...nicker:

I've had great moonshine which doesn't give you a hangover if respected and enjoyed in moderation. Disrespect a good/bad/ugly moonshine and you are up poop creek!
