I don't know how you can hire a Coach when job has not been posted. I know Coaching jobs don't have to be posted. But Teaching Jobs do. Does Bozeman not need a teaching job. How does this all Legally work??

Schools do this when they have someone they plan to go with when the job opens up. They can hire Bozeman as the Head Coach, then post a teaching position and after the required time hire Bozeman in that position as well.
