Final from Union. Highlands moves to 2-0 on the young season with the win at Ryle. Three highlands pitchers (SR Mitchell Jones - KWC commit, SO Ethan Doty, and JR Conner Kreeger) combine on the shoutout. The Birds chased JR Jake Ziegelmeyer in the 4th inning after scoring 7 runs in the first 4 innings.

SR DJ Mills, SR Joe Martin, SR Brady Murray, and JR Austin Beal lead the Birds at the plate.

Ryle drops to 2-2 on the season.

Weather permitting the Birds are scheduled to play defending 9th Region champ and 2-0 Conner Cougars today
