would like to know who the tomcat fan was after the game that put his two cents in with the Russell coaching staff. ashalnd daily paper says"unidentified tomcat fan". classless let me tell ya..and its funny how these guys do this at Ashland home games...hope he doesn't try this tues night vs Fairview at boyd co middle school district tourney. he might not make it to the parking lot. just goes to show the unclassy part of the "tomcat tradition"...big joke

The truth is that this is not uncommon at Ashland home games when they are playing a "hated" rival. They, adults and not children and some sober and some not, gang up in the seats near the floor and right behind the visitor's bench and "perform". That appears to be a big part of the "tradition". "Tradition", of course, is merely in the eyes of the beholder. "Class", or lack thereof, is obvious to all. If you don't believe it, ask some of these coaches and former coaches of rivals.
