Bell County wins this one...
Harlan County has only won two games since December 18 and two of those loses are to district opponents and even a lose to 9 and 10 hazzard. I understand greens injury and a tough schedule but only two wins in over a month doesn't convince me they are a contender. With that said they have talent and I expect them to right the ship and it would be no surprise to see this upset happen.
