Wrong answer. People can make lists look any way they want, but the buck stops with test scores. And there is only 1 school district east of I-75 in the top-10 districts as measured by test scores and it ain't on your "list"...

That list has gotten a lot better over the years. However, the list you posted shows overall school districts and the one I referenced was only high schools. It didn't take into consideration any other schools in the district. Also, both Pikeville and Corbin did score well but I was replying to him in regards to schools around Russelll. You can't compare these two lists because they're not even ranking the same things. "District," means all the schools in correlation with that system, and that has nothing to do with "my list," because like I said, they're ranking only high schools. I do like seeing your list though because its a good example of how one or two schools can bring an entire school district's ranking down.
