I agree, you don't really know what being a head coach will truly be like until you've actually got your feet wet as one, but he's been around some of the best coaches in the game today. So I don't really see that being a very big problem.

But tell me, who would've realistically come in here and done a better job than what Stoops has done so far? He's already turned out two of the best recruiting classes UK has ever had in football in his first two years.

He has to be given time.

My main problem with Stoops is his in game coaching! Stoops has been a great recruiter at UK but recruiting is only part of the battle. I also feel that Stoops football strategy makes no sense. The up tempo Offensive strategy IMO doesn't compliment Stoop's defensive goals. I would like Stoops better if he got rid of Neal Brown! I would also respect Stoops more open and honest about his plans for the UK football program!
