I am always rooting for the Lions, having lived several years in Firebrick and attending several years of school (Garrison, Lewis Jr High) there I really want to see them become a serious contender at the high school level. Unless they are playing the Pirates I will root for the Lions. Best of luck to the Lions and hopefully they can build a program soon.

I also lived in Firebrick and attended Garrison Elementary as a youngster. :Thumbs: The last few years have been more successful for the Lions, as these seniors will graduate as the winningest class in over 30 years at Lewis County with a 24-19 record over four years. Next year's squad should be able to make some noise if they stay committed in the weight room and Evans and Everman can handle the bulk of the load while staying healthy. That has been especially a problem for Evans.
