This site used to be governed by rules that were stricter. I know one of my good frends was banned for 3 days for posting a picture of a horse's butt, and calling it #1 Perry County Central fan. nicker:

I would think it difficult to find rules/regulations that melds into everyone's approval. However, what's written in stone NOW is what I must abide by. I try to give everyone the benefit of a doubt, but don't mean for anyone to be offended.

If you guys are fed up with certain violations, I suggest that you list them and submit them for Stardust, TorQQue, and others to review.
