I am taking an entirely different approach this time. Usually I will try a crash diet if I get out of shape, but this time I am using my friends to hold me accountable. I am eating more foods in moderation. There is a local restaurant that we all love that we will go to at the end of each month - IF I meet my goal. So, everybody is staying on me to be accountable and it has worked like a charm. I have been more consistent than ever and have only had one splurge day over the past month, which was the day we went to that restaurant.
Hard as it is for me to believe, I have not had a pop in over two years. I still will have a tea or lemonade from time to time, but have given up pop.
