If you think talent is a very small part of having a good team, you know nothing about coaching football. With that being said, get off the computer and take the sidelines and show us how it's all done.

Talent isn't a small part of winning. It's takes coaching to know what to do with that talent and how to put a competitive team on the field every week. When you have good solid programs, kids begin at a small age wanting to be apart of it and incoming freshman already have a winning attitude because they know what kind of program they are in. I remember for years and years reading about some of the LC teams and it seemed like that was the case for many years. Kids knew once they got to high school their coach was going to put them in opportunities to succeed. That's where respect comes from. I don't know what you've done to lose their respect but instead of coming after me I'd suggest you figure that out first, because I'm sure the community will only tolerate it for so long? Nobody should accept losing or be fine with mediocrity. Just from the little that I've seen they've been extremely loyal and supportive, but it also seems they know when the wheels are about to come off?
