With that said, if Highlands makes a statement vs. CovCath this week they certainly will have the resume this season to leap frog to #1.
The problem with this is NOTHING has been in SK's path including not one school from their classification. Pounding 5 cupcakes proves nothing. Their 5 opponents have won a total of 4 games, losing 17. 3 of those games were won by Cooper who has played a cupcake schedule like SK's.
Be honest, how many followers of KY high school football would bet the house that SK would beat either CovCath (opponents 10-8) or Highlands (opponents 8-10).
