They did know about it - EVERYONE knew about it.
The kids stay in "dorms" beside the school for goodness sakes.

What I'm saying is that Cordia is only partially funded by the state so they conduct their own business. The SI and AD at Knott County Schools are worried first and foremost about Knott County Central being taken care of.

Little brother Cordia had to fight Knott County Administration to get all of this done. They had to file their injunctions in Franklin County Circuit Court because they wouldn't take them in Knott County if I'm not correct. I also heard tale that the school board tried to block the foreign exchange students, but Cordia did extra paperwork to get around it.

I honestly don't know 100% of what is going on - only what I hear around here.
But I can would bet the farm and my wife's wedding ring that if anyone at the Knott County BOE could have stopped what was going on, they would have stopped it just to keep Rodrick Rhodes from ever beating Knott Central.

Sorry it's taken me this long to comment on this situation. Zaga is 100% correct. Knott Co BOE did everything they could to shut as much down as they could because they, like everyone else, could see what was happening here with Cordia and wanted to disassociate with it best as they could.

And to the post that claims knott perry and hazard are guilty of the same things I simply reply with a no.
