As a matter of fact - I would bet both of them probably danced a little jig when they heard about all of this.

I don't believe that for a second. Look at both options to this. 1 - They did know and should be held accountable. 2 - They didn't know and at this point you wonder, why would the AD not know this was going on? The fact that he wouldn't know tells me he is an oblivious AD and has no business running an athletic department. It's a lose-lose either way for the entire administration in my opinion. So it's simple, specifically toward the AD. If he knew, he should be fired for allowing it. If he didn't know, he should be fired because he's not capable of doing his job.
