SO, these players get to transfer out without penalty, yet the kid that left Fairview and went to Boyd is STILL waiting on a LETTER from the KHSAA telling him whether or not they will allow him to play football this year...where's the consistency.

I don't think this is an issue of the lack of consistency. The point that many are missing from that very long press release from the KHSAA is where it says, "representatives (players) of the boys’ basketball team with eligibility remaining may transfer to specific KHSAA member schools without penalty."

Not everyone is going to have eligibility that's left on the roster at Cordia. As Zaga alluded to earlier, 10 players on the roster were not exactly from Lotts Creek.
