If it were overturned in a local court, I would love to see the KHSAA actually stick to its guns and appeal the ruling so it could be tried in a higher court somewhere outside the 14th Region. I really wish that bill had passed in the state legislature requiring all eligibility case challenges to be heard in Franklin County courts instead of local courts where elected judges just hand out favorable rulings to local schools.
