I said the KHSAA said it was too dangerous for Harlan County to be in the 14th Region.
I was just a little surprised you had never driven between Harlan and Hazard, or you would have never said everyone had roads like that. You would have to be a certified idiot to compare your roads in Pikeville to 421, and I'm sure you're not.
