That's odd you didn't know that District 7 changed quite a bit. You might want to review the most recent alignment.
District 7 now has Harlan and Pineville, who were in District 6 and Lynn Camp and Williamsburg, who were in District 5.
The only problem you and Pikeville had, it appears, was avoiding Hazard, even if they had to travel a little farther to make it easier on Pikeville.
