Hazard is asking to be placed in a District that makes more sense geographically.

The change won't happen because it makes sense and that isn't the way we do things around here.

24 minutes a year. Less than 2 1/2 minutes a week over the 10 week regular season. If you guys really cared about Hazard you would not drop Harlan, Pineville and Lynn Camp for Phelps, Jenkins and South Floyd over 2.4 minutes a week.Confusednicker:
