According to the KHSAA scoreboard... Tommy McKenzie from Johnson Central has 139 wins in seven seasons.

(Seasons: # of wins)
'07/'08: 14
'08/'09: 22
'09/'10: 10
'10/'11: 20
'11/'12: 25 (15th Region champs)
'12/'13: 22 (15th Region champs)
'13/'14: 26 (15th Region champs)

That has to be one of the best wins totals in the least amount of seasons in 15th region history.
