This may have been brought up before but I have to ask, why would PCC not hire Chapman as HC and bring Amis in as OC and groom him to become HC? If all this was going to shake out why wouldn't the administration orchestrated it differently? What happens when Amis has to take the heat for a breakdown? Will folks be saying the job should be Chapmans? This posses many interesting scenarios in my opinion.
