That is the one thing that kills me most about celebrity....if that would have been a middle class mother driving down the highway with their infant in their lap, DHS would have been knocking down her door and taking the kid for child endangerment. Maybe if someone would step in earlier when famous people really do stupid things in front of their kids (i.e. Whitney Houston, Courtney Love, Britney Spears) then their kids wouldn't be so screwed up in their own adult lives.

Exactly. I though the SAME thing. Why isn't child services hounding her or anyone else for that matter? I don't care WHO she is, nothing gives her that right to potentially harm a child.
