I know how terrible UK has been lately. But I thought I would try to offer just a glimmer of hope. Here are some past winners, and their final records:

1997 Arizona (25-9)
1988 Kansas (27-11)
1985 Villanova (25-10)
1983 North Carolina St. (26-10)

So, I guess it's not over till it's over.
