No I understood the point completely. Pulaski County Schools being in the top 3% in the state (17th actually statewide), didn't the state department of education recently (within the past year) take over several facets of PC Schools? Maybe not at Southwestern, they've always been a good academic school but Pulaski? Regardless this is a football issue.

They played SWHS AT SWHS last year and will play PC this year AT PC. The RCB just makes sense to be hosted by Somerset.
