again, not calling you a liar. but you are misinformed is mistaken a bit. the machine is used. do your own investigating. no way they paid FULL PRICE for a machine that is 5-6 years old. i'm 99% confident the price was less than 2000.

this basketball situation has nothing to do with the baseball team or the AD. the coach left for other reasons. nothing to do with the school. don't believe me? ask him. try that out. he is a class act. he'll tell you the truth. he wasn't run out of town.

Yes this basketball situation is tied to the AD and the administration. It is their job to try and make a counter offer when the coach goes to them and tell them that he has several other schools making him offers can they guarantee him that he will have a teaching position this fall and they tell him they cannot guarantee him a position or they do nothing to try and persuade him to stay. Wouldn't you think that they, having a good coach such as cook, could have guaranteed a position and possibly a raise? No not this school. Now they have to start from scratch and try and find another coach that probably isn't half as qualified as cook and give him more money. This system does thing. "bass ackwards". On another note Cook is too smart to start bashing or bad mouthing the school system when they could possibly be references in the future. He is trying to leave on a good note which is a smart move regardless how they treated him. That's a class act. :Thumbs:
