I think we should go ahead and count South Laurels wins for the 13th since there here now.

That would move the 13th up another notch.

I find it hilarious that the most talked about region on here continues to be the worst at the state tourney nicker:

If you do that then you would have to count those 13 Scott County wins from 95-2004 as 11th region wins. That would put the 11th region's total of 53 wins at way more than the 7th region.
