First you have to be aggrieved or feel someone is doing you harm, then you gather your evidence and point out the way the acused did or is doing you wrong. Next you take that evidence and notify the one acused this being KHSAA they will get their reason or evidence , and file those complaints with the proper judge, The judge will study the complaint along with the KHSAA reasons or defenses, And if he feels you are entitled to relief he will have his findings a long with a mandate, That will result in the kid being elgible If he finds they KHSAA was in the right and Coach Rhodes and Cordia were not in line with the rules and KHSAA did nothing wrong HE WILL RULE IN KHSAA FAVOR this due to time frame this is the end. So, that is the only method a kid has to reclaim his rights.
