Most of these schools have been in the 4th Region since 1966 after moving over from the 5th Region. So in the case of Clinton County and one of the schools that consolidated into Monroe County, they did win the region these other teams were in, it just wasn't officially the 4th Region.

Also notable, it's been 34 years since Cumberland County has even played for a chance to go, and it's been 54 years since Clinton County has made a region final, the only one they've made in 74 years as a program. Good thing Clinton County won that one - they've won 6 region tournament games since.
