Interesting Possibility if Cov Cath indeed moves to 5a that gives NKY SIX 5a schools, Scott, Grant Co., Cooper, Conner, So Oldham & Cov Cath

So would one of these drop down or would they allow Highlands and one other to play 5a to make 2 NKY 5a districts. And allow two smaller 5a teams to drop down to 4a.
