From 1A-2A, the only possible move I see just looking at the numbers would be for Allen Central/Mayfield to move to 2A while Bishop Brossart drops to 1A. The gap above that is pretty substantial.

From 2A to 3A, I could possibly see Union County or Shelby Valley moving to 3A while Heath or West Carter/Jackson County could move down to 2A.

From 3A to 4A, the only real move i can see would be Mccreary to 4A while Highlands would drop to 3A.

From 4A to 5A, the only move i could see is Fairdale moving up and Shelby County moving down.

I dont see any 6A schools dropping off enough for a 5A school to move up.

Of course, I didnt consider geography in my statement nor consolidations.
