Ok, Since caps simply bother you so bad.Hillbilly, "How can the kids simply work harder when they do not even have acess to a weight room?" How can they get better when they dont even have a sled,ropes,blocking dummies? See now? Mabey the lifting wont enable them to win , but it very well may keep one of them from gettig seriously hurt.
The whole point is "How will we ever know if they can be better if their not given what they need to get better?" Work harder, I agree, But who's goning to see that they work harder? Hillbilly, get on the phone and call the AD at Magoffin co. and ask who is going to be your coach this year? Go ahead and ask "Is the football team in the weight room?" Bet you anything he won't be able to tell you.See doesnt matter how hard the kids work in a situation like that. T.H., my apologies, i get a little fired up about this whole thing because their good kids over there and some talent and nobody really even cares if they even have a football team.( besides the players). Hillbilly, the next person uses caps( and they all the time do) you need to tell them the same thing as well. PRETTY BAD WHEN SOMEONE IS THAT NITPICKY. OH MY GOODNESS, NO! NO!

Vince--I would suggest that you quit being such a smart alect. I can promise--that isn't going to get you anywhere with me.

If you want to use caps to make a point--that is fine--but quit doing it throughout your posts. It is hard to read--and people usually don't waste time reading it (I don't know if that is true with your posts--because you are usually so busy trying to stir up trouble--I think people get a good laugh out of it).

If the kids are locked out of the weightroom--that is one thing--but I don't think that is the truth.

I wouldn't waste my time calling the AD--he HAS NO OFFICIAL HIRING/FIRING AUTHORITY. I would call the principal and see what is going on if you are so concerned.

I also get the feeling that, if this was so important to the players at Magoffin--that their parents would be calling up there every day trying to get things going. You have obviously forgotten that administrators will usually do anything to make parents happy.

And last-I would love to know what you are doing (besides getting on a message board and complaining like a baby) to help the situation. Seriously--if I was going for a job at a place like this--and I read this mess on a message board (which a LOT of coaches do), I wouldn't want to come to a place like this--not because of the administration--but because of the FAN support. And there are a lot of coaches who feel that way about certain jobs.

So--say what you will. You are NOT helping the situation--you are aggravating it to an unrealistic level.

If that makes you feel good about yourself--then keep on rolling.
