Totally agree with you on Belfry's defensive performance...

But keep in mind... Wayne Co. held Corbin to -12 yds, Central to 8 yds, and Tilghman to 95 yds. These are game total rushing yards over the past 3 weeks. Kind of scary defensive numbers, but it is what it is.

Like I've said a few times now, Belfry NEEDS to be able push Wayne off the ball and win with power. I don't think the Pirates can match them with speed... I'd just hate to see Belfry get too cute and go away from what I believe is the best chance to win - hog the ball and win between the tackles.

But you also keep in mind, Corbin, Central and PT...can't even hold a light to Belfrys offense...Wayne is good they deserve to be here they earned it but they have not seen a Offense this good all year......say what you want but IMO Corbin was garbage this year, Central was way down compared to past years, and Paducah was a defensive team who lost their leader the week of the game....I forsee a great football game.. down to the wire...again is comes down to LOS...and I just see Belfry controlling that on both sides of the Ball...irateShoirateSho
