Valentine's Day is a way for people to easily express their love or like for someone. You can take Valentine's Day any way you want.
Personally, I think Valentine's Day is definitely big business. It has become all about the money and all about how extravagant a gift you can purchase for the one you love. So many people feel compelled to go along with this. I am NOT one of them.
My husband and I are not materialistic people and we don't need big gifts to express our love for one another. We know we love each other and something from the heart means so much more.
I think a homemade gift means so much more than a store bought teddy bear or a dozen roses that will die out in a few weeks. So many people are hooked into thinking they just have spend money on V-day! Money doesnt equal love!
