Vince--why are you always blaming the administration?

If the coach has really been suspended for a year--you need to blame him first (if any of this is true).

Having a coach is a great thing and all--but these kids have a built in reason to be motivated--yet you continue to put all of the blame on someone else.

If I was a kid in this program--I would be WORKING HARDER now than ever. Simply because I would know that things are not good--and I had to be the one to make a difference.

Also--keep in mind--the administration has to follow certain procedures before they hire a coach.

And--if you are so worried about what is going on--why don't you go up there and supervise weights for the team. I am sure that they would appreciate the help.

At the very least--have some guts and call the administration and see what the deal is. That may explain a little more about the situation.

Do you actually think that their administration comes on this board to look for comments like this?
