The biggest problem with their concessions is the stand itself. It is basically just an empty block building with nothing inside but coolers and counters. The school needs to sink some money into it, and set it up to cook and serve food so these Moms won't have to work in such a clusterblank.

I agree. If it were set up better, those ladies would have it so much easier. Hope the school or boosters is able to make it happen for those hard workers.
