Defense is further along this year than in year's past. Sure a few things need attention but their starting 11 defensive players have yet to be scored on in their two scrimmages (Cabel Midland and Fairview) and their two regular season games. I didn't mean to imply that the defense was not good. I believe they are. My point was that they have yet to be game tested. They are also very young for a JC team. IMO they can and will improve more than the offense over the course of the season.
