How are the programs doing since much of the dust has settled and smoke and mirrors is in deep with local health care providers?

Good post. Your first three sentences, I would admit, appear to be true. As for your last sentence, I would no longer be in a position to know. My alleged participation in "smoke and mirrors" retired some time ago.

You do confuse me with the "local health providers" statement because my information, and even in retirement it is reliable, is that that source now belongs to your boys- particularly in regard to "supporting" their "work" in the Mountaineer State. Are my sources wrong on that?
